If you are having trouble viewing the live stream, here are a few things to check on your end.

  1. Refresh your browser by pressing the “F5” key or the refresh icon near the address bar.
  2. Make sure you have the latest browser updates on your computer. You can update your browser by going to either of these links: Download Chrome, Download Firefox, Download Internet Explorer, Download Safari.
  3. Check your internet connection.  Mobile connection speeds vary depending upon location.  Try moving to another location to get a better signal.
  4. Unblock any plugins.
  5. Restart your computer to clear out any old page information that may be stuck in your computer memory.
  6. Download Adobe Flash Player here
  7. You can also try using different browser.  Use the links in step 2 to download a different browser.

  1. The channel you are viewing on. Ex, website, mobile app, etc. and the website link so that we can accurately address your issue.
  2. Type of device you are watching on: Apple iPhone, Windows Tablet, PC, Mac Computer, etc.
  3. Browser you are viewing in: Chrome, Safari, Firefox or other browser.
  4. Broadcast or video you were viewing.
